Products returning by mistake.
Return spares accepted by mistake order within 10 days of order and only for replacement with another identical replacement / s.
1) The product should not be used under any circumstances.
2) For those flying safety tape, it should be intact.
3) The packaging should be kept in excellent condition as the initial state.
Otherwise, our company has the right to refuse to return the product.
Our store must be infomed immediately before any action.
The transport cost is borne solely by the customer.
In case of our fault all expenses incurred solely to our company.
Cancel an order before receipt.

Delay Delivery Order
The timing and delivery of a track can be affected by the following reasons:
1) If we can not contact you by phone or e-mail.Se every order we contact you prior to dispatch to confirm the shipping information, billing details and any details of spares you have added to your order.
2) If the product has been delayed to be delivered to us from our supplier.
We work with almost all the exclusive distributors of Greece, for the best and prompt service to our customers.
3) If the goods ordered are canceled .Because the volume of parts we manage every day is great, there is a case of the products of our suppliers unannounced stop producing, to delay in the importing to the Greek market or be canceled .In this case, one colleague of our company will contact you to propose alternatives solutions.

The delivery of our products after confirming availability is immediate.
You can pick up the products as follows:
- With TNT express, within 2 working days to your place
- With TNT economy, within 5-6 business days to your place
- With Hellenic Post within 6-8 working days to your place
(The usual tradition become the next day of the order).
Our company has special pricing agreements with courier companies.
Transport costs.
Transport costs are not included in the product price.
1) By Courier: Transport costs is written into the bill to purchase the goods and pay the total price.
2) With Transport Company (Trucks): The cost of transportation is not listed in the invoice to purchase the goods and pay the shipping company upon receipt of the products.
-For the city of Athens: the transportation cost is 10 evro.O customer should receive the orders from the transport company facilities, which we have created a business account, achieving the lowest transport fare.
Liability transmission products.
We accept no liability for:
A) delays caused by the carrier. The transportation of products in each case are charged to the buyer and traveling at your own risk. In case of damage during transport our company have no responsibility.
B) delays due to force majeure.
